Delegates who will select participation in one hands on session will receive 50% discount on the registration fee for the Congress.
Delegates who will select participation in two hands on session will receive 50% discount on the registration fee for the Congress and 25% discount on the registration for the second workshop.

In case of participants do not specify their request for invoice or receipt Secretariat will issue automatically a receipt.
All invoices and receipts for Registration expenses will be provided to participants upon completion of the Congress by the Secretariat, upon request.

Methods of payment:

All payments for the Congress must be made in EUROS to Conferre SA.
Conferre SA is the Professional Congress Organizer and acts on behalf of the 5th AISDD 2021 for collecting the Registration Fees for the Symposium.

Α copy of the bank remittance should be sent by e-mail (info@conferre.gr) or fax (+30 26510 68611) no later than 5 days after our receiving of the Registration Form. After this period your registration will not be processed.

B. By CREDIT CARD (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express)

The preferred payment method for the Congress is online payment by credit card.
For security reasons, payment by credit card is being made online through Alpha e-Commerce system (the secure transaction service by Alpha Bank).

Note: Onsite registration cash payments will only be accepted in Euros.

The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registrations or for visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation and refund Policy:

All cancellations and/or amendments have to be made in writing to Conferre SA (info@conferre.gr). No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.

In case of cancellation until April 30, 2021 we will reimburse your payment but a service fee of EUR 30,00– will be charged.
No refunds will be made in the event of any cancellations received after April 30, 2021.

In case of cancellation, refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress. All cancellations and/or amendments have to be made in writing to Conferre SA. No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.

Name change: Each name change will be charged 50,00 Euros - On site name changes will not be possible.

Completing and returning this form will be taken as acceptance of terms for registration as mentioned in the Section "Online Registration"

Your data is stored on a secured database on Greek Servers of TOP HOST, operated by Conferre SA and will only be used for purposes of this event. This enables us to keep you up to date with information on registration, abstracts, scientific programme, receive information from companies exhibiting/supporting the congress, the exhibition and other aspects of the AISDD Symposium.
